pumOFFICE is provided by MADAME HONG CO., LTD. Using it means you agree to these terms.

2 · Plans and billing

Free: 1 seat, 500 MB, 5 AI requests a month — no card. Students: free with a school email (5 GB, everything unlocked, 100 AI requests a month, verified yearly). Paid — Core: Starter $3 (120 GB, 30 AI requests) / Growth $6 (240 GB, 50) / Scale $10 (500 GB, 75) per seat a month, included; AI Power add-ons: AI Starter +$6 (575 requests) / AI Pro +$12 (1,150) / AI Ultimate +$20 (1,900). Pay-as-you-go top-ups: the same packs, one-off, valid 12 months and refreshed on each top-up, available on every plan (Free and Student included); on Free accounts, any AI purchase (add-on or top-up) also unlocks the email client for 30 days, refreshed with each purchase. Billed by Stripe. Change or cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period.

3 · Acceptable use

Don't store illegal content, break the law, or try to damage the service or others. Accounts that do may be suspended.

4 · Availability

We work hard to keep it up, but it's provided "as is" without warranty. The numbers we publish (uptime, costs) are measured — claims, not guarantees.

5 · Ownership

Your content is yours. The pumOFFICE brand, marks and logos belong to MADAME HONG CO., LTD. (TAX ID 0105561209344). The editor engine includes ONLYOFFICE Document Server (AGPL-3.0, Ascensio System SIA) with attribution and notices retained.

6 · Law

Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
